Welcome to our events calendar. We only publish a few of our upcoming courses, because our school opens new courses everyday. Therefore, please contact us to take our free placement test and to receive a personal course recommendation from our teachers. Can’t find what you are looking for? We have several courses with different schedules. If you have previous knowledge of German, please contact us to start right away. After we receive your inquiry, our teacher will offer you a free skills assessment. Thus, we will be able to recommend a course with the most suitable schedule. Due to our flexible and dynamic approach, you can start a course latest in no more than one week.
A2.1 Intensive German Course
November 30 @ 10:00 am - December 24 @ 12:30 pm CET249€
Come learn German with us! Our A2.1 Intensive German course is in line with CEFR. To reach a sub-level, it takes 4 weeks. As a group you move onto the next level together. Our virtual classes typically have 5 – 12 participants.
What is an intensive course? For those of us that need a little push, an intensive course is the solution. Other types of courses are held for shorter class lengths or only held a few days every week. Learning in high school or grade school is sporadic and inconsistent which leads to our knowledge and mastery of the language to be the same. That is also exactly what we want to avoid with our intensive courses. They run every Monday through Thursday for 2,5 hours.
Just like our evening online course, our online Intensive German course is available for all levels from A1.1 to C2.2. All our courses are structured in line with the Common European Reference Framework for Languages (CEFR). In our Intensive German courses, you will learn at a leisurely pace and complete one level in 4 weeks, regardless of the level you are completing.
Schedule for Live Sessions:
Monday through Thursday, 10:00 – 12:30 CEST
Intensive German Course Features
The A2.1 class is held on zoom, a high quality video-conferencing tool that has great education features. One of our teacher will lead the live sessions on zoom in which students will connect and interact with the teacher and each other. We focus on communication as a teaching method, and give you the feeling of being in a real classroom. Just as in our ‘normal’ classes, the teacher will share extra material, give assignments and follow up on your progress.
Deutsche Akademie für Sprachen is a leading language education centre in Berlin with over 20 years of experience. Not only we make our students speak, but also we help them excel in every aspect of the German language. Are you interested in German classes in person? We organize German courses in Mitte, the middle of Berlin.
